For larger events (100+ scoops, sammies, or pops), MELT Ice Creams offers branded, insulated “Party Bags” and “Happy Coolers” stocked with sweet treats, fully staffed “Happy Carts”, or our signature Joy Ride for the ultimate “WOW!” moment. Please submit an inquiry with your event information, and our team will get back to you promptly with our availability and ice cream options to bring smiles to your event.   • Two cart sizes available for any kind of party!

    Large cart:

    - 39.75” tall x 30.5” wide x 46” long

    Paleta Cart:

    - 36.5” tall x 31” wide x 37.5” long

  • We have a few different models available, but the average Happy Cooler is 36” long x 15” wide x 16” tall.

  • Party bags have no limit to the number of flavors you can choose; we’ll just need to know how many scoops of each flavor you’d like. For prepackaged products from the happy cart to the happy cooler, you can choose up to 5 flavors!

  • What leftovers? Just kidding! Sometimes you order more than you can eat; if there are additional scoops at the end of your event we recommend putting them in a freezer and saving them for a rainy day when you could really use a scoop. If you don’t want to do that, we are happy to donate them on your behalf to our local nonprofit partners.

  • Party Bags and Happy Cooler pick ups are $5.50 per pre-packaged “Happy Scoop”. Happy Cart and Joy Ride scoops start at $5.50/serving for pre-packaged “Happy Scoops”. Inquire below for a custom quote.

  • Absolutely! MELT pops and sammies are crowd pleasers for any event. Please submit an inquiry below and specify that you would like to learn more about current pop and sammie flavors.

  • We recommend three to four weeks (sooner for highly desirable dates & weekends in the summer!) but please reach out to our catering and events team for requests at any time; we’ll do our very best to accommodate you. Rush fees may apply for events booked with 72 hours. You can fill out our event request form on our webpage and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

  • Yes! We can offer bespoke cart fronts, stickers on happy scoops, menu signage, etc. Customization requires a 2-4 week lead time and minimum order spend. Please inquire below for more information.
